Unveils its 2010 Jewelry Collections

Tiffany & Co., the premier jeweler and diamond authority, introduces its 2010 collections. Created by master jewelers and designers, the collections are inspired by brilliant-color gems and fashion’s taste for the new, with style and grace sparkling in every facet.

Featured are rare yellow diamonds with a level of color saturation and intensity that places them among the world’s most wedding ring sets sought-after diamonds. The stones are obtained through an agreement which gives Tiffany & Co. exclusive rights to the fancy color yellow diamonds produced by a mine in Western Australia that is renowned for the quality of its stones. Stonecutters have modified a cushion cut based on the famous 128.54-carat Tiffany Diamond to maximize the stones’ natural color, and designers have set the diamonds in modern, must-have jewelry, including gem-encrusted pendants and necklaces, rings and ravishing bracelets with yellow and white diamonds in platinum and 18 karat gold.

The new collections further extend Tiffany’s celebrated diamond heritage with the elegant Fringe necklace centered with a 20.01-carat, D color, internally flawless diamond; as well as medallion pendants, rings of dazzling petals true religion Nathan and opera-length necklaces that intertwine like sparkling vines and create a look of pure brilliance.

Other spectacular jewels are inspired by designs in the Tiffany Archives. The Garland style from the late 19th century is the basis for diamond drop earrings with delicate laurel leaves and florets; and floral brooches from the same period shape the new Tiffany Garden collection, colorful gemstone blossoms and sparkling diamond bees and dragonflies. In addition, classic bow and butterfly motifs find new expression in diamond brooches and creations from the Art Deco period are reflected in streamlined bracelets gucci handbags  of diamonds and sapphires.
